If we're thinking of the same fight, I'm pretty sure Cass was exhausted during that fight, she remarked that Shiva was wearing her down with a gauntlet of Cain's pupils and it was working.
Cobb does have a better record against Nightwing than Shrike does.

She was indeed quite worn down, however, she did remark that he had improved under Shiva's training. He clearly stood no chance against her, though. Honestly, I wanted to like Shrike, but the guy was a major letdown.

Which is why Talon probably wins. Grayson admitted even at full strength he doubt he could beat Cobb. Cobb is the superior in physical aspect and does have the healing which you mentioned. I'll throw you and Shrike a bone and say he could be more skilled but it is so minute that I doubt it would make a difference, it isn't enough to overcome Talon's advantages for the majority. While Shrike lands some blows, Cobb lands some as well. Shrike will wear down, Cobb will not. If he eventually does go for a head shot he may be too weak to actually get the hit off.

@entropy_aegis: It had its ups and downs for me. I liked some of the fights like Saiko and Grayson and Cobb was pretty cool. Then I'm all psyched for Jason's part of the crossover and it was like....this was underwhelming.
I could make a case for Shrike off this alone. I turned him into Hulk Hogan.
