Shredder vs Silver Samurai (movie versions)

Silver samurai stomps.

Shredder is definitely more agile. But SS has got the durability so who knows.

Ahhh, wasn't SS able to cut through Adamantium? Shredder is faster, and stronger and showed a lot more skill. This is kind of an awkward matchup though because SS has an OP weapon, that cut through metal that's supposed to be unbreakable.

Outside of having to avoid that OP heat sword, shredder should mostly own him, even an arrow penetrated his mask, I'm sure the magnetic knives could do the same. Shredder cut through steel, and took down that signal tower. Shredder is just going to have to keep his distance.

@comicace3: SS wasn't that durable, it's just that his heat sword is OP. ^^^Read above and watch clip.

The arrow went into the eye slit in his helmet, I wouldn't say it penetrated the mask. More like it went through the natural opening in the mask but I also wouldn't call it a weakness as it had no impact what so ever. Shredder's armor showed to be penetrable by sharp weapons.

Thanks for that. But didn't the arrow have to go through the small sliver of a space where his eyes were? Just asking. If shredder can get there he's have a chance.

@cregan_stark: @comicace3: I don't think show man, the armor was just made for life support and for fighting wolverine. Wolverine tor the rest of the armor apart with his bare hands.

It's not in the eye slit, but in the mask itself. Pretty weak IMO. It's that his sword is so OP, all he has to do is keep his distance, he'll figure out real quickly he can't just try and block that heat sword.

@comicace3: Also, doesn't help that Movie Wolverine ripped it open with his bare hands. I thought it was a good movie though B- . Hopefully Omega Red is the villain for the next Wolverine Solo movie. It would be great if Colossus is also featured in the next film. Colossus and Wolverine fighting Omega Red. :)

B- is a good vote. It was alright. I actually hoped to see Wolvie not tank everything the whole time but thats how it was.

If Shredder was able to somehow cut through SS armor, then he wins pretty easily. I don't think he can though. He may be able to steal SS' sword and use it against him or something. :/

Ya, I was too lazy to read and watch earlier. Lol. Shredder can win a majority IMO now that I actually look at the SS fight again.

@lukehero: is there anyway to make it bigger? I'm on my mobile and zoomed in and it still looks like it's wedged in the eye slit to me. I don't see any damage to the actually armor. I did think it was ridiculous that Wolverine tore it apart though.

@cregan_stark: Wolverine tearing the armor was stupid, but hey it happened. Are you an IPhone? You should be able to do the two finger trick and Zoom in.

@lukehero: oh I completely agree. Yeah I did that, that's what I was talking about in the last post, it looks like it's lodged in the visor.

As for the fight, Shredder is certainly more agile and skilled. My only concern with Shredder is that he seemed like his go to was to block everything with his claws (IIRC). If he tries that I this fight then he gets cut in half, if he avoids the weapon completely then he could win.

Shredder was over the top skilled. He'd make Silver Samurai look like a chump. Too fast, too agile and too strong.

Shredder would either

(A) steal the sword from SS and use it again SS with Shredder's ridiculous strength.

(B) Hit the adamantium armor so hard, that it would practically give the old man inside of it a heart attack.

(C) pick SS up and throw him into the nearest river.

Silver Samurai wins.

Movie SS is a really old man. Shredder can either wrestle the sword from him or incapacitate him

Wow there was already a thread about this, thats stupid because I specifically looked this up before I posted mine about it and nothing showed in the search and then it pops up right after I type mine...SMH
