But if you could beat yourself. I would vote on the version of you strong enough to battle creatures strong enough to bring down walls and destroy Military grade Hummers. lol

Just take a look at Leo taking two back to back hits from Power Armor Krang and still getting back up.

You can tell by the small crater in the wall that Leo was taking enough damage to flip a hummer.

Krang hits at least as hard as movie Shredder, he breaks a stone column to pieces with ease.

Only difference is that IDW Krang is a lot faster and has better reaction time then Movie Shredder, as seen also in the scan above that he does the limbo to dodge Leo's attack (who is faster then movie Leo IMO), then springs back fast enough to send Leo flying into Mikey.

If only 2 of the IDW turtles can hang with Krang, all four IDW turtles would have been able to beat Movie Shredder without having to play leapfrog to win.

The movie turtles have the advantage in strength while lifting stuff, but that's really it when you compare the two of them. Movie turtles were also bullet proof (but not tranquilizer dart proof???). Everything else the IDW turtles are either equal or greater than. Same can probably be said about the Mirage boys too.

He fights Krang wearing his power armor and essentially beats him, as he is almost ready for the kill when the fight is interrupted.

@tparks: Cool stuff. Shredder deserves it. Alongside Trapjaw from MotU he is probably one of my favorite bad guys.

Trapjaw's not one you hear often. Nice!

@tparks: Trapjaw has one of the coolest designs out there. Back in the early 80's he was one of my first action figures. He'd go toe to toe with He-Man, Secret Wars Spider-Man, Mego Hulk, Super Powers Superman, the list goes on and on. It's a shame in the cartoon he was the most ultimate jobber ever.

Also sorry about derailing the thread. Uh. Shredder is awesome.

Comics are always better the the movie. IDW wins.

IDW, although movie Shredder is often discredited by only saying he had a power armor but no skills. The guy certainly had some moves.

Why would anyone say its a stomp for movie Shredder? I mean, we know he fodderized the Turtles and beat Master Splinter, but no one in the film is as established as everyone in the IDW comics.. unless IDW Shredder is inferior to his Image counterpart, by a lot.
