there are 76 Foot clan with Shredder
there are 65 COBRA terriost with Cobra commander also Storm Shadow

Depends on which Shredder/Foot versus Cobra we use.

If it's 2003 TV show Foot they'll win against just about any version except the comic version that was actually bad ass. And from there they would wind because Storm shadow and Cobra commander are both there.
