Shiva's League of Assassins VS Daredevil & Friends

Likely a lot of speculation here since Mad Dog and Alpha's showings are rather limited.

Location:

The woods, midday.  Unpopulated.

Rules:

-Begin 30 feet apart.

-Random enounter.

-Morals apply.

-Standard elimination rules.

Mad Dog (large blade)

Alpha (9mm pistol)

Shrike (standard assortment of melee weapons/throwing weapons)

VS

Daredevil (twin batons)

Moon Knight (carbonadium armor/standard assortment of melee/throwing weapons)

Black Widow (Natasha - standard wrist weapons and gear)

Team 2.We already did Moonknight vs Shrike,Mad dog should give Daredevil some problems but he's too stupid and unstable to get a victory.
Alpha has next to no showings at all,i'm not sure if he can beat Widow.But either way Daredevil carries it for him team barely,even if Shrike and Alpha beat their respective opponents Murdock should eventually handle them.

Hmm, I say Team 2.

-Moon Knight vs Shrike is unresolved.  Shrike is more skilled and Moon Knight simply needs his armor to stand a chance. T he debate is still open.

-Mad Dog might not be bright, but he's absolutely brutal and extremely fast, too. 

-Alpha unfortunately only has 3 combat showings, but I'm confident it was implied he's more skilled than Moony or Natasha.  After all, he was picked by Cain to train Cassie for a reason.  As well as by Shiva to train with Mad Dog.

Okay so while Nat and Marc give Shrike and Alpha a good fight,DD beats MD and beats the other 2 guys barely.

Team does have the weapons advantage.

Would'nt team 2 have the team work advantage?

I'd give it to team two. But this, admittedly, is due to my having far more knowledge on said team.

Know a little about Shrike ... anyone care to educate me a little more on Mad Dog and Alpha?

I wanted to leave Shiva out of this because then I'd have to place someone from Marvel on her level.  Then the debate just comes down to those two, LOL.

Perhaps I'm overestimating Mad Dog's combat effectiveness.  Like Shiva said, he's talented but lacks elegance.  His speed was also impressive and despite the proper technique, I found him rather brutal in combat.  I wish he and Alpha had more showings, because as is it's incredibly tough to debate over them, but I feel like there's enough to at least speculate (like we currently are).  The Cassie VS Shiva fight in the last issue was amazingly awesome.

Next up Mad Dog vs Bane.

Gonna give this too team 2. Natasha and Spector are incredibly well trained, and Daredevil has more than plenty experience.
