Has mastered all ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu, fuinjutsu and senjutsu

Can use all chakra natures and has a chakra reserve similar to a Senju.

They ate the Omni Omni no mi which gives them all devil fruit powers

They also have Haki similar to Admirals

They are masters of all 6 rokushiki fighting styles and rokougan (They have a doriki of 1000000)

Also to fairly judge this battle we need something to base their physicals because if we go by this the ninja godstomps them both.

For example Hashirama is leaps and bounds above captains whilst Id say admirals are a bit faster also but 10,000 wouldn't even be lightwork for either. These guys are high herald - low sky father level if we take into account some of the abilities. This would make a nice 3 way CaV IMO.

Bleach team. A competent Gremmy with Regeneration, Immortality and Jubabach powers? And intangible?

Don't really want to weigh in on this but.... Shinigami . Gremmy's imagination, intangibility, sword equivalent to the sun, hypnosis, Yhwach...., damage share, 2 hit kill, the list goes on .

Marine godstomps, Shinobi composite gains little compared to the other two just by the way the 3 verses work. Shinigamis gain a lot of hax and abilities, the stacks of power ups would put them firmly on a higher level than the Shinobi who would not have nearly the access to amps, they would be to strong and fast another words. The Marine would lol stomp both, so many stupid, funny, OP(overpowered) abilities, Robin fruit + instant toy memory wipe touch alone with kizarus light speed would be over powered.

Bonus round: In character i could see Goku losing to some of OP hax since he is heavily nerfed. Serious Goku erases them all from existence before they even start to think, speed equalized is a huge nerf but his reaction time should still be leagues upon leagues over the three. None of these guys should be even planet level with the buffs so Goku should be easily able to TK explode them, intangible or not doesn't matter. Universal characters should have no problem destroying whatever type of energy the logia would be made out of, energy control is sort of what they do.

Goku has used TK before along with other characters but usually it can't compete with people near their own power, planet level characters would be casually tk exploded, held, slung ect. Universal Goku has to much DC for them, i am sure their are 1 or 2 hax that might work on him but serious Goku instant one hits them before they think.

OP states taijutsu master...sooo 8 gates.

8 gates+tenseigan+lightning cloak+weight manipulation+etc...=far beyond light speed. Not to mention massive regen can sustain the usage of 8 gates over the course of time needed for this fight.

Oh and as far as intangibility goes kamui>every elemental intangibility and even X axis's energy intangibility...due to the user literally being immune to every damage type that require physical contact due to the users body being in another dimension that no one here can access canonically nor are aware of.

Lastly the Gremmy wank needs to stop he needed to conjure up clones and needed tons of focus for a city lvl attack...if we are using the power sets based on feats perform by the canon characters and not based on the actual powersets themselves then the Shinobi takes it and if not I'd still make a case for the ninja because Narutoverse has hax too.

Then you still have hax like Ino's clan kenkai genkai, three tails jin hax, Hidan kenkai genkai+naruto godtier healing factor, etc..
