Who wins AND WHY?

That bad huh?

Slave 1 should taken this very easily. It has shields that have effortlessly tanked cannon fire from large ships, and a deadly stash of weapons. Cannon fire or missiles directed at a Helicarrier's engines could finish them off pretty easily. An EMP bomb would make the job even more effortless.

The Hellcarrier can be turned into a nuke like how Iron Man did in Fear Itself to take out Sentry/Void. So doulbe knock out, lol.

I think the main advantage the Helicarrier has is the fact that it's essentially a mobile base. Fully equipped with infantry with extremely advanced technologies and hosts a number of aircrafts on itself.

The Slave 1 is much more advanced, but the carrier has a huge numbers advantage that's hard to ignore.

As for it being used as a Nuke, I believe it holds nuclear weaponry IIRC.

Slave 1 easy. It can take anything the helicarrier throws at it, fighter planes can't touch Slave, Slave's weapons can break the carrier in a few seconds, Slave has taken salvos of fire from way, way bigger and scarier ships than the carrier. To put it in perspective, the carrier would probably be hard-matched against a transport ship from the SW era. Their shielding is ridiculous vs projectile weaponry.

Unless Helicarrier have some kind of CIWS or force field, seismic charge is going to do huge damage.

Unless the designers of the Helicarrier were a bunch of lobotomized retards I'm fairly certain they'd have some form of CIWS.

Agreed lol, Jango could toss those charges in the Helicarriers engines and its over.

@elderskaar: actually, just release one, and the whole ship will be vaporized and shatter into a million pieces. Take a look at what one of Jango's seismic charges did to an asteroid that is probably 1000 times larger than the helicarrier.

Slave I curbstomps. It doesn't even need seismics to win. Laser cannon spam or if you're Karen Travis "turbolaser spam" *rolls eyes*.

He could also just use concussion missiles.
