I could see this going either way...Mickey's only chance is to one shot Holmes if Holmes underestimates him or plays around w/ him, as Holmes obviously will be tactically miles ahead (he plans out entire fights from the start and they work exactly as he sees them). However, I can see that happening since Mickey isn't very imposing physically. However, Mickey also toys w/ his opponents (Gorgeous George), so that could equally be his downfall. I'd give it to Holmes 6/10 - mostly because he had some decent durability between the two movies (took hits from that French ogre in the first movie...that dude was huge) which makes me think that once Mickey hits him, if he can get up he'll take it seriously, and once he does he would win easily. The other 4/10 Mickey straight one-shots him.
