We need more information here. What are the charges, evidence, ETC.... Also how does She Hulk win? Nobody has yet stated reasons nor scans.

If it's for the things he's already done, Phoenix loses... by himself. If it's for something that Deadpool didn't do for once, then Phoenix wins it.
