Matt is an excellent lawyer who was at the top of his class. The only reason he might not have many wins is because a lot of the time he ends up being involved as Daredevil instead of as Murdock. Foggy Nelson then wins the case. He is also an excellent lawyer.

Can someone show me a Jen Walters law feat?

We've had this fight posted before, and neither character had any law feats that were above an average trial lawyer.

They are both average lawyers.

She hulk represented Speed Ball/Penance in the Stamford case. She basically got him off and the public was demanding the death penalty.

That's really all I have ever seen her do - and I would hardly call serving on the Thunderbolts "getting off."

It had nothing to do with the fact that he was useful and willing to register?

Daredevil represented Melvin Potter in court when a man who looked like him was wanted for violently raping and assaulting women. More recently he has taken to advising his clients so that they can represent himself. He knows the legal system well enough that he can teach people to successfully win their own cases.

Didn't She-Hulk represent Jameson when he tried to sue Peter Parker for being Spider-Man? That still makes me laugh.

Good one. I remember She hulk Defended Hercules when the Constrictor tried to sue him for $170,000,000. She hulk had some defense where she figured out the comics where a legal document and broke the fourth was by turning the comic book page. She recently defended Speed Ball from death for blowing up Stamford Connecticut.

She Hulk was also part of the Trial of the Juggernaut story line.

Matt isn't a high profile Attorney so he wouldn't have the same feats. Matt usually sticks to disenfranchised or poor victims. Hell, he usually just works for free.
