We've had this fight posted before, and neither character had any law feats that were above an average trial lawyer.

They are both average lawyers.

Good one. I remember She hulk Defended Hercules when the Constrictor tried to sue him for $170,000,000. She hulk had some defense where she figured out the comics where a legal document and broke the fourth was by turning the comic book page. She recently defended Speed Ball from death for blowing up Stamford Connecticut.

She Hulk was also part of the Trial of the Juggernaut story line.

Matt isn't a high profile Attorney so he wouldn't have the same feats. Matt usually sticks to disenfranchised or poor victims. Hell, he usually just works for free.
