well... the battle between Shazam the Wizard and Odin would be epic... I can see Black Adam handling Thor or Jackass Face... I think I might go with Shazam Family slightly...

well Shazam the Wizard has battled the Heavy Hitters of Magic in the DC Universe... The Spectre and Mordru come to mind off top... though he doesnt not have a wealth of feats winning against them...
Thor, Hela, Loki, and Odin will be the main troubles. If Loki is taken out I think that BA and CM would double team them. However, they might have trouble with Hela. Then the two old fogies with epic white beards will be duking it out. Probably give it to Odin, although Shazam did go up against the Spectre for awhile.
Going with Asgardians due to superior magic (by a fair margin at that). Though the Shazam team have got speed and brawn nailed down by an even greater margin... tough fight. Odin tips the scales for me thus far... willing to be convinced otherwise though.
@The_Elemetal: I'm not being ignorant. Fact is, can they do anything to take down Odin? People like me? Have you ever seen my posts where I back myself up? I'm sorry but the only ignorant one here is you if you condemned someone you don't know based on some posts in one thread to be ignorant. If you can prove how they can take down Odin, then I'll back down.

The Shazam family just barely.The Asgardians are strong but i think that Black Adam should be able to take out Thor and Loki,Hela and maybe one more leaving the rest of the fam to take out everyone else.

Hmm. Interesting. How powerful is she compared to the others?
She is half demon half human and a powerful sorceress and the champion of merlin. She slaughters her way to getting half the power of Shazam, Taking half the power of Hercules (Freddy got the other half), the stamina of Atlas and killing Mercury and steeling his Speed. She also takes out Tawny Tawky. Although Freddy beats her in the end by luring her into a portal she arguably uses her powers better than he does.
Nice match dude! I gotta go with the Asgardians though because of their advantage with someone like Odin. Though his fight with the wizard would be an epic and decisive battle I think he could find a way to win via magic. Thor could beat Captain Marvel. Team 1s magic is really powerful but Asgardian magic is just on another level entirely. I mean, Loki's magic is for all purposes virtually unlimited. The rest of the Shazam family pose a big power threat though and might outpower them. But in the end I gotta go with Odin ftw.
Shaazam team wins here do to weaker members of Asgard that arent on Thors level. Pretty much everyone on Shaazams side mimics powers of Superman and of having the power of alot of different gods in 1 person. Its kind of unfair plus Black Adam and Thor would cancel each other out. Epic battle. Then you still have Lord Marvel and Captain Marvel.
Not with the likes of Hela and Odin around. To be honest placing Loki into the bit against Shazam was a stretch, the marvels could possibly take him out if they group him.

Now is Odin more powerful than Shaazam... by a bit. But he can defeat Odin... Shaazam is crazy powerful and I wouldnt underestimate him. Odin levels have been quoted to be equal to Zeus and Dormammus levels. They both lose to Galactus. Odin loses to Galactus so that shows u his powers are limited.
Now Shaazam can get inherent Omniscience and Omnipresence threw the rock of eternity. So thats how Odin can be defeated.
