We need to know if Adam Warlock has the Soul Gem or not...2 totally different outcomes depend upon that fact.......

Adam Warlcok went toe to toe with Thor without the Soul Gem, pretty sure he had Thor down for a while too. Soul Gem would be spite.

That being said, I still go with Shazam in a slight majority. 6 - 7/10

@nerdork: Adam Warlock has never actually done anything significant in a fight against Thor and has fought Thor 4 times, lost every single time, albiet there has been plot surrounding the fight everytime.

Warlock wont be able to brawl with Captain Marvel , at least not the pre new 52 version, he does have versatility, sadly something he rarely uses.

Infinity Gauntlet.. what a beautiful comic.

His durability at that point was unbelievable. Shazam wouldnt get close to surviving that..

From what ive seen from Warlock, he could beat Shazam..
