I have always like Shatterstar, even if his origin has had more changes than Wolverine, and people kept changing his plot like crazy.
That being said, I just do not think he can pull it off.
He might could get lucky and the Lantern might think that his constructs would protect him and get stabbed, but more than likely they are just going to fly and then lock him in a force grip he cant move in.
He would have a good chance of assassinating a Lantern but not beating one in a straight fight.
