Sharky's Warfare Scenario (CLOSED)

Credit to jacthripper for the entire "Scenario" idea. He's a great host (and Viner in general), so shoutout to him!

Anyways, welcome to my Warfare Scenario! In this scenario, it will pit two small teams against each other in a match to kill the opposing team's King. It will get a tad bit more complicated as we progress, but the rules will all be explained in greater detail in the pm.

10 Points to spend on Character Builds. The only categories that must be filled are body and mind.

Body

This must be the body of any fictional character. It determines physical attributes.

Edit: Must also be a reasonable size.

Mind

The mind of any fictional character. Determines your character's intelligence, charm, morals, and skills.

Powers

One power from any fictional character.

Weapons

A single weapon. Poison is prohibited and ammunition is finite.

Body Armor

Available body armors and suits. If none are purchased, your character is in street clothes.

Rules on Telepathy

• Edit: Illusions are not allowed
• Telepathy cannot be used to control others directly.

Rules on Teleportation

• Teleportation cannot be used outside of combat

Rules on Mind

• You can't go and pick the mind of some genius character like Rick Sanchez and expect to build some deus ex machina.

1. Traps and stealthy shtuff can be sent to me via pm.
2. Battles are in their own separate pm.

Rules on Teleportation

• Teleportation cannot be used outside of combat

What does this mean exactly? You cannot use it to move around?

Badass Suit (3)

• Lethal weapons can be attached

• Can alter your strength and/or speed by x4

• Flight allowed

It does all of this automatically? Has weapons attached or you can attach your guns and such?

@rolandalderas: Yeah, teleportation can only be used during battle with another participant. Not while simply moving around the location.

For the suit, it means that a suit with lethal weapons already attached to it (such as MCU War Machine's suit) would cost three points.

When making parameters for character builds, you need to understand that it is literally impossible to cover all bases.

That being said, hax will be given to builds even if that power technically fits within the boundaries.

As host, it is my job to catch these loopholes and try to take them away as best I can. If only to make the Scenario more fair and enjoyable for everyone.

And, as you probably understand, this may come as an inconvenience to some who will have to change their builds.

I'm going to decline the shrunken Ant-Man as a body. But you can definitely purchase MCU Ant-Man's suit!

I'm also going to decline Alchemy being a skill. But that can be a purchasable power.

Things such as:

• Naruto's Rasengan
• Edward's Alchemy
• Iron Fist's Chi-Punch

are considered powers. Sorry for the confusion.

Going to decline Yellowjacket's body as a power. But you can purchase his suit!

And I'm declining Fantomex's misdirection, just because it would make you virtually unstoppable. Illusion rules have been changed as well.

And you can have as many weapons or powers as you can afford.

I'm hesitant to allow luck powers.

You may use Kimblee's Philosopher Stone feats.

And your build is working but just know that Barakapool's healing factor and other powers would have to be purchased separately.

If I were you I'd just avoid Naruto Shippuden altogether.

These guys are totally correct. In fact, Dedman has made more scenarios than I have. Thanks for the shout-out though, and glad to see my point system being used again!
