shang tsung vs goro in outworld who wins?
Shang Tsung is more powerful and cunning. He would win.
@crabtree:
Shang would win.
Shang has all the advantage.
- Strength (through transformation).
- Speed.
- Experience.
- Versatility.
The only reason shang ever looses fights is because he's WAY to cocky, or he's just outclassed in some area, ie:
- Great Kung Lao beat him because he (Shang) was REALLY cocky, and GKL is really, really good
- Liu Kang beat him through skill alone
- Shao beats him because of experience and magical ability and breadth/depth of power
- Quan goes back and forth with him since they are virtually on the same level
...and so on. Goro's strength brings him on par with Shang in some respects, but he's blown out of the water in others.

Shang Tsung of course. There's a reason why Goro wasn't the main boss in MK1, not to mention 2nd in command.
But goro was always way harder to beat than shang tsung.
not if you jump kicked him over and over and over....

yeah, a well known tactic of beating him indeed)))
Because of the boss damage. He hit harder than Shang Tsung and he took less damage. But goro was always way harder to beat than shang tsung.

That and Sub Zero's slide but I could never consistently get that one down

Yep, only way to go since he was combo resistant
Shang Tsung wins. I hate saying it because I really like Goro alot. If it was an H2H fight than Goro would win due to being to strong and to durable, but powerwise Shang Tsung would murder Goro for the fact Goro is one of Shang Tsungs right hand men I believe.
