I was not aware that Strange was top class at H2H? I was gonna give that too Tsung, since it is as much his forte as his sorcer is, but he'd flat out lose to Strange in the Sorcery department. Strange at his peak would be able to take on Tsung, Quan Chi and Raiden, i'd say.

From my understanding, Strange is as good of a H2H fighter as Dr. Doom. Just not as savagely as Doom.
