I think where the problem lies is in the universes. What I mean by that is simply. Batman and Sub-zero could be equal in fighting skills, but a lot of people would say well Batman wins because he has beaten a lot better fighters than Sub-zero, well the problem with that logic is, how do you know that Subs couldn't beat those fighters either. They aren't in the same universe and aren't even in the same type of setting(comic compared to video game), so its hard to judge who's better at what. Its the same issue with TMNT. For all we know every single one of the turtles could be as good as fighters as Batman, but we'll never know because they'll never make appearances together that are canon and therefore will never have real feats to compare. I'm not saying you were doing any of this, cause you weren't just stating.

Yes but not really a h2h feat while Shang Tsung steal the souls of every body he beats and gain their MA skill their for he would have many MA skills he could use to beat doom with, while doom would know some h2h combat skill he main focus's of his tech and magic.
