Shang-Chi vs The Beast (Kung Fu Hustle)

This battle takes place in Pig Sty alley, from Kung Fu Hustle. Shang Chi can use any kind of martial arts weapon he chooses. Character morals apply.  Both are aware of each other and their intentions. 
 

I think the Beast wins. In the movie he pointed a gun at the side of his head, pulled the trigger, and then caught the bullet between two of his fingers. I think that's too fast for Shang Chi. Plus, his kicks have made fissures into the ground.

The Beast's feats were well beyond superhuman, he takes this easily.

The Beast. He's inhumanly powerful.

The Beast ftw.  Shang Chi is too underpowered for him.

The Beast loses. Shang Chi is a bullet timer just as well and is an expert in more ways of martial arts. He'd pwn the beast without question.
