Shang may win but the idea that this fight isn't close is absurd.

if Nightwing is a close match for Deathstroke he is definately close to Shang Chi...although id give it to Shang Chi by the skin of his teeth.

He really isn't though.  Nightwing has given Slade a few good fights (one of which Dick even admits Slade could easily kill him), but overall Slade has him completely outclassed.  Slade would take a very hefty majority over Nightwing.

Shang Chi, in purely H2H, should win the majority, but it will be a good fight.

And Shang Chi wins, after all he is a master of martial arts and the master of Kung-Fu. He is the Bruce Lee of the Marvel Universe.
