He's probably a master of more than Kung Fu, though. I'm pretty sure the tagline of "Master Of Kung Fu" is due to the Kung Fu movies of the 70's, and more than Kung Fu was used in those movies.

Oh Yeah... but even so Too Many Chinese Martial Arts are basically variances of different forms of Kung Fu Techniques... but I do admit that Sanshou could be a very effective Chinese Martial Art that Shang Chi knows... if he in fact does know all forms of Chinese Martial Arts
Shang-Chi is at least as good as Iron Fist in fighting, so I think he could take Nightwing. I am not being bias, because I actually like Nightwing a little bit more than Shang-Chi probably.
