I'm going with team marvel. Both have some impressive reflex feats, sure deadshot could have shot captain boomerang, but he isn't as skilled, agile, and his movements are pretty linear which makes him easy to predict. Elektra is also pretty decent at stealth which could work in their favor.

After I watched Shang Chi take an 80 class punch and hold his own angainst Wolverine, Shang Chi wins almost every martial arts battle to me.

@generator2000: who was the 80 ton punch from? That sounds impressive.

@tbemrmccoy: From one of those members of Hulk's warbound, Hiriom, I believe. I didn't think much of it, until I read on that Marvel wiki that he was supposed to be 80 class, then everything about the nature of that feat changed. It messed him up, but it didn't kill him and he was still conscious after that.

This isn't exactly a martial arts battle.

Depends on the kind of ammo i guess. I think deadshot can win if he knows where they are

This isn't close,, team marvel wins.... if you took one of them out of the fight ie if it was Ollie and deadshot vs electra they could win but since they have to try and kill both of them then they have no shot...100 feet isn't enough distance for the team to close and if it comes to hand to hand then its not fair for team dc..

Team 1, Elektra can deal with Bullseye, so she can deal with Deadshot, especially since she can block bullets with her sai. Shang Chi would stomp Green Arrow, he's got massive amounts of skill and he can dodge his attacks pretty easily.
