Round 1.
Round 2:
@allstarsuperman: I know little about both, I just came here because I'm tired of Marvel and DC threads. Kudos for knowing other companies exist.
I don't think Shadowman has the firepower to put Bloodshot down. I also dont think he is skilled enough.
@nelomaxwell: yup i just discovered Valiant and its great.

thanks for posting lol, it seems like people ignore anything except Marvel, DC or currently all the TMNT threads.
Close but I'm thinking Bloodshot. Shadowman hasn't seemed terribly impressive from what I've read so far. He might be better in later issues though.
@i_like_swords: bloodshot is rounds 1 and 2?
unfortunately I haven't read either title so I can't put in my two cents.............the only two Valiant books I'm collecting so far are XO-Manowar and The Eternal Warrior
@allstarsuperman: Strangely enough, I have not picked up a single Valiant Issue yet :( I been meaning to, but I been trying to finish my Ultimate Spider Man Hardback Collection as well got heavily invested in Invincible (Image), The Shadow (Dynamite), and Angel (IDW/Dark Horse).
I am also waiting till they get up to 4 Paperbacks and collect those stories all at once.
@indiecomicsftw: eternal warrior is real good give it a try eventually.
@theamazingimmortalman: who do you like eternal warrior? I love it.

Eternal Warrior started great I can't wait for the next issue, I prefer XO but both are great......I want to collect other Valiant titles but not in the budget right now
Going with Bloodshot in round one. He's taken crazy beatings (like in his battle with Harada and against Kuretich's guys in the slaughterhouse) and recovered in not much time. Plus, Shadowman's not exactly an up-close brawler, which he'd kinda have to be in a crowded area since it'd be difficult to run away. I give Round 2 to Shadowman, though, since he has no obstacles (people) to worry about and he can just go hide somewhere and Bloodshot will have to give chase. Shadowman's shown he can pretty much become one with the shadows, so he can appear right behind Bloodshot and slice him in half before he realizes it.
I haven't read too much of Shadowman, but he never impressed me. Not to mention he's really green, dude's just an amateur with his powers. Bloodshot on the other hand, is an extremely seasoned operative with countless missions under his belt. That's before we get to the fact that BS has a huge powers advantage. He survived a point-blank pistol shot through his skull and a sniper through the chest. And he's got a crap ton of useful powers that could be an advantage in either scenario.
Cloaking could be used to hide from Shadowman. Or he could use his ability to imitate appearances and blend in with the crowd, allowing him to get close for a quiet kill. Then there's the psionic scream/synaptic burst, and then there's also the techno-kinesis. A lot of possibilities with the second one there. A charging car as a distraction et cetera.
Though if anyone can come up with a counterargument for Shadowman, I'd be happy to hear it. I hear he's bulletproof.
