If all of Wolverine's 4 most popular apprentinces from each class of mutants battled it out who'd win? The battle takes place in the X-Mansion & it's empty except for those 4 & Wolverine is nearby watching from a high vantage point smirking drinking alcohol enjoying the show. Who wins? No outside interference.
rogue would stomp even without ms. marvels powers. back in the early 80s before rogue encountered ms. marvel, she was busting up teams with ease. and for this battle, this is exactly whats going to happen. rogue will target x-23 1st. she will let x-23 stab her just so that rogue can grab her and touch her.... once rogue absorbs x-23's powers and x-23 will be out unconscious due to rogues power, rogue will heal and chase after jubilee... once jubilee goes down, rogue will use the fireworks to blind and disrupt shadowcat. shadowcat will go down as well.
Rogue's power are whatever they are currently. I see Kitty pitting Rogue & X-23 by strategically placing herself between the two & letting them kill themselves off & then killing Jubilee with a stealth kill & Rogue can't do anything if she's phased into a wall & X-23 can't do anything if Kitty removes her claws from skeleton.
Kitty should win here. No one present can touch her while she is phased. She then in turn phases all of them into the ground and leaves them there, with Jubille probably being the most difficult to catch due to her vampiric speed.
@Nefarious: I'm trying to figure out how she'd escape 23's senses maybe if Beast designed a suit like Agent Zero's but modified to enhance her phasing powers (silent & odorless) with special goggles that shield her from Jubilee's burst & a material so dense that Rogue's strongest absorption touch couldn't penetrate it but didn't screw with her phasing only upgraded it.

Assuming this battle is to the death, Rogue would not be able to steal anything from X-23 unless she took advantage of X-23 engaging another opponent. Rogue does not have any powers other than what she can steal. If she comes at a X-23 with no morals, X-23 will simply cut her head off.
