Elektra is armed, isn't aware of Kitty's powers. Shadowcat doesn't have any weapons.
I would actually give this to Kitty without too much trouble. Elektra can't kill what she can't hit.
" @capall: Kitty is a fairly skilled fighter, very intelligent, and knows how to use her environment to her advantage. "I don't think Kitty has any chance of getting the drop on Elektra though.
Kitty takes this with EASE.
Nothing is stopping Kitty from simply sitting there, having a cup of tea whilst Elektra tires herself out. Otherwise Kitty can come up from the ground as she famously does and drag Elektra down. This is possibly if Elektra is unaware of Kitty's abilities.
Easy win for the Kitty.
@THUNDERBOLT30: Shadowkat can't remain Intangible for an extreme period of time. she also has to see an attack coming before phasing. hence why Deadpool was able to knock her out, in order to provoke wolverine in Ragnarok Awaits!. Elektra has been said to have speed and stealth to the point where she can be unseen even during the day, so it believable that she can hit kitty before she gets a chance to see her coming.

I haven't seen a time limit being placed on how long Kitty can remain phased. I recall it used to be she had to hold her breath and could only stay phased while she held her breath. But I don't believe that has remained the case for her. She should be able to remain intangible during the fight and simply phase BFR Elektra.

She did make a a mile long bullet phase through a planet and into another galaxy so I think the phase time is truly based on her. Kitty should win her anyway

because she knew the bullet was coming and had enough time to prepare before impact, it still doesn't change the fact that kitty needs to know when an attack is coming in order to phase her or phase objects, i just think that Elektra can one shot kitty before she has a chance to react.
