rouge wins, she out runs kitty to find the nearest mutant and take there powers and uses it to beat kitty, either that or takes a bunch of strength from near by people to add it all up to make her super strong and have great fighting exp.
I'm going with Kitty. Rogue doesn't have Ms. Marvel powers anymore so she's really defenseless and needs to touch somebody to fight and she isn't touching Kitty when she's untouchable
