Sersi vs. New 52 Wonder Woman

Sersi

Sersi possesses the ability to manipulate cosmic energy to augment her life force, granting virtual immortality and invulnerability, the ability to project cosmic energy from her hands or eyes in the form of light, heat, concussive force and possibly other powers. As a Eternal, Sersi's physical abilities (like strength, stamina, durability, reflexes, etc..) are at superhuman levels. She can physically lift about 20 tons with ease (she can supplement her physical strength by psionically levitating heavy objects). Sersi's greatest skill is the psionic rearrangement of molecular structures of objects, which is far greater then that of any other Eternal. Her abilities are so great that she can actually manipulate matter down to the subatomic level. Sersi's abilities work on both organic and inorganic and there doesn't seem to be a object she cannot affect. Sersi's transformations are usually permanent, unless she herself, another person, or a device that can rearrange or transmute matter undoes them.

Wonder Woman

Being a demigoddess, Diana has several superhuman powers. Trained by Ares, the God of War, Diana is the finest warrior ever born among the Amazons of Themyscira. She is a master of armed and unarmed combat, proficient with nearly every weapon ever made (especially the bow and the javelin) and the exotic martial arts styles of the Amazons. In the rare event of suffering a serious injury, Diana can heal from mild to moderate injuries at an amazing rate. Her normal regenerative abilities allow her to recover from injury within seconds to minutes. Wonder Woman can fight with and withstood considerable damage in the form of hand to hand combat with opponents such as Superman and Gods. Wonder Woman possesses a high resistance to damage and magical attacks. She is one of the most powerful superheroes in the DC universe, her abilities in large part come from her upbringing in the martial society of the Amazons.

• Win by death, knockout or incapacitation
• Sersi and Diana are both in character but are willing to go further if need be
• No preparation or outside help unless stated otherwise, random encounter

there are so many characters strong by description but not as powerful when they actually fight. Because some of their powers arnt as potent as one would believe

But Diana is immune to matter manipulation.

If Sersi can just instantly rearrange matter at the subatomic level how is this not a completely one sided stomp? Either Diana blitzes her or she dies.
