oh and Superman for being faster than Sephiroth .....so when hes in the middle of his Sin harvest ..... he gets punched in the mouth too quick to react to ..... and dies from it ....

Even if the Masamune isn't magic (I believe it is since it materialized in Advent Children), Sephiroth can cast magic.

Superman wins due to speed though.

its a mismatch.. but sephiroth has always been stated to never use his full power.. NEVER.. and he uses magic.. so if he delays superman long enough to use a simple magic lightening attack he can use that to kill him..
