Sephiroth vS Madara ( read OP)

The Mother of all creation has decreed these 2 battle to the deaths and you are to watch this safely from your home ina 3D 1080 P TV. You are to wager and decide who will win this battle of the century.

Location: Metropolis

The Rules and Conditions are as follows:

Madara CAN be sealed

Both sides is a random encounter

Sephiroth DOES NOT have access to planet busting magic like

Meteor, he does have access to Ultima and High tier FF7 spells

(Blind/Silence is disabled). The ONLY

summon he has is Neo-Bahamut. Sephiroth can transform into his Jenova forms, albeit he cannot summon the meteor attack.

Gear

Sephiroth has 10 of the sealing Scrolls to permanently kill Madara.

Madara is the resurrected version, with access to ocular powers.

He cannot use ANY HIGH LEVEL HASHIRAMA TECHNIQUES.

ONLY ALLOWED TO SUMMON CREATURES, NO TAILED BEASTS

Conditions for Victory:

Madara CAN be sealed.

Madara must defeat Sephiroth in 2 out of his 3 final forms.

Sephiroth must successfully DEFEAT AND seal Madara.

With all these conditions...who do you have winning?

Can sephiroth stop a meteor?

I think if he cast Ultima, but Madara's Meteor is on the same level as the Meteor spell in FF. He could cast Ultima or fly away........No one Naruto could have done that.....

or he could Summon Neo Bahamut.....

He'll probably win Madara doesn't really have anything after that.

I think Madara has a really good shot, with him launching Susano'o ir the Hashirama poison flower as well as the clones man, he def has a shot at Seph.

Ultima wouldn't stop a meteor like the one in FF (if it did, then Cloud and co. wouldn't have went to the trouble of actually facing Sephiroth).
