I don't know between Strange and Surfer but Sephiroth sure won't take this. He's a planet buster at best and he was still unable to do that. The other two have better feats. And please don't use the attack on the last battle that took out the sun and the other planets. It's aesthetic at best. It's non-canon otherwise there'd be no sun in Advent Children.
