Sephiroth (Final Fantasy)

VS:

Cole MacGrath, Spider-Man, Albert Wesker, Moon Knight, Alex Mercer, and Black Panther.

Battlefield:

Battle:

Sephiroth:

• At his Full-Power, he gets one day to learn the battlefield.
• No Prep.
• Completely aware of who he is facing, knows what they're all capable of.
• Morals on. Holding back unless the team poses a threat, if so he is going all out.
• Win by Death, KO. No BFR or Super-Nova.

Team:

• Standard equipment for all, Alex Mercer & Cole MacGrath (Good) are both fully upgraded. No knowledge of the battlefield.
• Prep Time - 20 minutes. Team are generally aware of what Sephiroth is capable of, but unaware of his full potential.
• Alex & Cole start out at full-health. Alex cannot consume anything, same goes for Cole.
• Morals on but not holding back. They're willing to kill him if they need to.
• Win by any means.
• Alex can only use a maximum of 3 Devastators, Cole can use 3 Ionic Powers (Tornado, etc). Only permitted if the team is overwhelmed.

@goblin123: Neither do I, I think it could go either way but I want to hear other opinions. Anyone?

I've gotta go with sephiroth. He can just use heartless angel then hit them all once.

Sephiroth. Without much issue.

He can KO anyone without any resistances. With a sweep of his sword he can take out skyscrapers, and more importantly, everyone within a wide area (emphasis on wide). He can project illusions, and TK kill most of this team. In fact, most of this team would be killed if he uses his TK to simply crush them to death.
