So. I wanna say Team Sentry. But Surfer won't do much. I don't think Thor could take down SBP. The only thing that could take him down is Sentry, since he's got Full void control.
Sentry, if he didn't resist being possessed by Void (which OP said he didn't), then he can benefits from partial intangibility, shape-shifting, matter transmutation, and some form of telepathy which should give Prime lot of troubles. Bloodlusted Thor should have gone Warrior Madness, he should be able to hold Prime for some time. Surfer will be the ultimate judge, when Void restrain Prime, Surfer could shine red sun radiation on him (Prime is easier to depowers than regular Superman), not to mention bloodlusted Surfer is willing to use his speed.
Team should stomp, specially bloodlusted Surfer can wreak havoc.
Being a big Surfer fan i suppose i should make a case for him, not i am assuming since he is bloodlusted he is going to use his and his abilities to best possible use rather than being, you know, a good guy.
Lets start with Speed.
Marvel Comics Presents 01: Nanosecond reaction time
Silver Surfer Volume 3, issue 143: Another nanosecond reaction time
Surfer is much faster, he can simply trap prime in his board, thereby incapicating him.
Silver Surfer Volume 3, Issue 122: Traps Legacy (Genis Vell) in his board, he has done so to Jack of Hearts as well
Silver Surfer has extremely powerful molecule manipulation, and can disperse Prime for one into nothing but atoms , the first scan shows him doing exactly that to a un-named monster, while the latter scan shows him performing molecule manipulation on a planetary scale, used to justify that he could do this to even someone as durable as Prime (coz that dude is sure as hell uber durable)
Defenders 13 Converts a un-named monster into atom
Silver Surfer Volume 4 Issue 14: Surfer repairs a dying earth
Surfer has virtually unlimited energy absorption and redirection, and i see no reason why he couldnt just break the suit and absorb all his energies, while the first instance shown him absorbing energy to get stronger (he could do exactly that against Prime, absorb prime's energy and become stronger) or he could do the latter, absorb energy from prime and redirect against Prime. He is capable of turning a dying red sun into yellow in the second scan, i suppose he could do the opposite, change a yellow sun into red.
The Infinity Cursade 04: Absorbs the power of a star to buff him up
Silver Surfer Volume 3, Issue 103: Surfer absorbs all the blast from Intergalactic Colation, then redirects it to repair a dying sun
Surfer has also shown the ability to take powers away from people he did that to Sakaar (Sakaar Son of Hulk 07, page no 17 - 22) but old strong powers are different from what Superboy Prime's power is based upon. So i am going to use another instance, where he takes Sympira's powers away, whose power as based on solar energy.
Silver Surfer Volume 3 Issue 0.5: Instead of showing only the last few pages i have shown the scan that explains about her powers.
Add telepathy, intangibility, black hole in that list and you have a very difficult character to fight against.
Void solos without any real problems. Superboy-Prime is a mental wrack. Being attacked by Voids tendrils would send him over the edge for use. Total mental breakdown. Additionally to that Superboy-Prime got downgraded so hard it's not even funny anymore. During his last appearance he got defeated by the Teen Titans! Hell, I think even only by two of them! Silver Surfer could solo as well. Thor would solo as well, if Superboy-Prime would deliver the same performance as he did during the Teen Titans fight. If he was the one who fought against nearly the entire DC Earth, then Thor would down, while Silver Surfer would win after a decent fight and Void would still stomp. Just my 2 cents!

Wow, I never knew Surfer could sun-dip as well.

Indeed. How does Prime deal with a guy who essentially has all of Martian Manhunter's powers and then some.
Silver Surfer solos.

Well, sort of. That is from Silver Surfer 84. The Silver Surfer is not limited to any one form of energy he can absorb, though. He can siphon "beta rays", cosmic rays, gamma rays, solar radiation. In one book (I can't think of the issue right now), he indicates that he also has the ability to absorb energies from the astral (or mystical) plane. The power cosmic is, in part, a reference to the Surfer's ability to absorb the "universe's ambient energies...". Pretty much, he is a living storage battery, able to absorb untold amounts of energy.
Surfer is a beast.

Infallible logic. Great scans Killemall!
Silver Surfer Godstomps. He absorbs the solar energy from prime and then tears him apart molecule by molecule.
i have to agree with most. SBP gets
Surfer (and possibly Void) could solo. Here you have both and a bloodlusted Thunder god. Team ftw!

BOOM!
Team marvel no longer exists.
Isn't this Superman prime? OP says Superboy.
No. It's Superboy prime. It's from Infinite Crisis. Superboy prime literally changed the nature of reality by punching it. It's quite an infamous event and the power is often referred to as the "retcon punch."
When people talk about "Superman Prime" they're generally referring to the one from Grant Morrison's DC One-million event. He's a future version of the regular continuity Superman. He's also quite monochromatic.
Superboy (of earth) Prime only went by the moniker "Superman Prime" in a handful of issue during Countdown to Final Crisis. He looked like this......
.....and he will kill you to death.
