Sentry vs. Superman

Wrong.
Sentry is based on Kid Miracleman but he rips off Superman. : )

Mentally unstable. He wanted to loose against Hulk because he was loosing control of his powers.

Clearly not.WWH is stronger and more durable than Supes, smarter, same combat speed. He was holding back against Sentry and Sentry was using his aura to calm the Hulk down the whole fight.

It is possible that he released all out... In a weakened state.
He had agoraphobic issues on this arc, he lost controls of his powers fighting the Hulk and asked him to stop him.

I would go with sentry and its not even close to me.

In the fight with hulk it's clear most of the energy was directed up and away from the city and he wasn't trying to use it all on hulk either. He was scared of what he could do and wanted to be stopped.

Same with hulk. At this point hulk or sentry probably could have cracked the planet in half.

Sentry is superman on a ridiculous level.

Sentry has killed Ares and broke Terrax's axe like it was a twig. He has the power of a million exploding sons. Superman does have a weakness to magic considering Shazam Zatanna and DR. Fate can mess with easily. Superman can fly at light speed where as Sentry can fly several times faster than light speed. This fight would end with superman being ripped in half or sentry losing control becoming the void and completely exterminate superman

Wow terrax so impressive, the fact he broke the handle which was just well... The handle the blades the special bit (btw terrax is like the worst herald ever), superman would probably just lick it and it would implode.

Sentey is several times FTL, superman is 100's of times FTL.

Same Thing, He couldn't carry it, only slow it down.

Comics don't care about plane catching physics, supes catches them every other week and it basically like lul.

Superman should win pretty soundly by virtue of handily outclassing Sentry in strength, striking power, durability, speed/reactions, versaility(in that he can actually control his powers and use them in constructive and battle applicable means whereas Sentry's powers mostly pop up randomly and aren't battle applicable), experience and skill.

And yes Sentry follows most of the simple rules of physics
