I think the Phoenix would win... but not easy... if Sentry is in full control of his powers... he should put up one hell of a fight against Phoenix... especially since Sentry at full power is a massive Energy Manipulator...

The same was said for X-Man, F Richards, etc, etc, etc, we will have to wait for the next hype job. For the record, Nate and F. Richards are a lot more powerful than Sentry.
Once again, you assume based off of nothing at all. I already explained how she just used her power differently. There is nothing at all to prove that she could not have done that as regular Phoenix had she wanted to.

She couldn't beat Magneto is the proof. She started to become and problem then went cold. She was limited. It took her darkside coming out for her to relaize her full potential.
Just because she limited herself does not mean she was less powerful. Magneto beat her before they intended to make her as powerful as they did as well.

Nope. They intended to show that she was limited in the use of the power. Its was part of the story line.
So again, anything Dark P and above because before that she was nothing.
That is incorrect. They had no intention that they were going down the road they were going down. They even retconned the story so it was not even Jean. Read the story arc again.

She was Jean for all intent and purposes. Even down to the personality. But either way, that was a Phoenix. And one before the power of the Dark Phoenix came into play.
Who cares? As it turns out, it was the Phoenix Force all along and it limited itself for the sake of appearing human. Wait a moment....... That would make me...... Right.
