I think Alan Scott would win here. Alan Scott is an highly skilled and experienced GL who could really exploit Sentry in this battle... but it wont be easy.
The Only thing I see that Sentry has over Alan is speed and strength factor... and that would make this fight seem in his favor... but remember. Hal Jordan was able to beat Superman and Superman had the same advantages over him
I want to say Sentry because he's cooler, but no, Alan wins this out of the sheer number of ways he can manipulate constructs with that indomitable will of his, Sentry does have the speed advantage but there's nothing he can throw at Alan that he cannot handle.
