Void, easy. Why? He's way way more powerful, that's why.

Sentry alone could hold his own in a fight against Adam. The end result would be Sentry losing but not before leaving Adam battered and bruised. Dark Sentry (void, whatever) just makes it unfair. Dark Sentry stomps, no contest.
