Who wins and why?

BUMP. This is a good fight. The Sensei is a beast. I think Slade would outlast him due to having superior stamina.

Sensei unless Slade can get past his stamina limit. Without prior knowledge he could get taken slightly off guard. It can go either way, the first 10 or so seconds will be the most important through.

Feats for Sensei?

Deathstroke.

If it's skill we're talking about Sensei is comfortably more skilled.

We're talking about a fight where both are unarmed.

Slade would take a majority then. Better stats and the fact that Sensei has a stamina limit.

Curbstomped Batman easily (broke his arm in the first panel and proceeded to beat him down with ease) ambushed Dick Grayson and caught Batarang's in mid air and was able to throw them back, pushed a dude into a wall with a single palm strike, breaking the chair he was on.

There's frankly not much on him, to be honest.
