Does Sandman have TP resistance? If not, between that and her pyro and psychic draining I think she wins, unless he puts her down really fast.

Selene should win here easily. She has TP and a shadow form that protects from physical attacks. That alone should be sufficient for her to win. She still has pyrokinesis, control over inanimate objects (wonder if that include his sand form?), and powerful magic.
