Life-Force Absorption she could simply absorb his life force even if she can't absorb all of it she could absorb enough to get a big ass power up. and potentially nullify the need to consume life force for atleast many years
Psychic Vampire: if she absorbs only a fragment of said persons life force she can exert psychic control over them to a degree and all though she likely wouldn't be able to do so to Apocalypse she could atleast mess up his senses temporarily

also for those of you who said that He is smarter than her this is in fact false according to the official power levels at marvel selene has a 7 out of 7 in intelligence and Apocalypse is a 6 out of 7 according to offical ratings Apocalypse has 6 in intelligence 7 in strength 5 in speed 6 in durability 3 in energy projection and 3 in fighting skills adding those up it reaches 30 but the official rating for her when she attained god hood she had a max out of 7 in each category aside from fighting which was a 4 this made her total while a goddess at 39
