I say Zaraki, since he's still more durable and faster that Saijuro. If you're asking pure skill, then Seijuro every single day, but Shunpo and Zaraki's Durability are too large of a wall unless Seijuro gets some kind of buff.

This did give me an awesome thread Idea for later though :D

@dratini1331: Seijuro's cape is actually like Zaraki's eye patch. It actually holds back the true force of Hiten Mitsenrugi. Just letting you know incase you didnt.

@boschepg: Sure ^_^ I did not know abut the cape actually, it's been a while since I read the Manga, and I'm not sure I ever completed it fully.
