Cyber is one of Wolverines enemys. He fought him for a while most notably when Logan had bone claws. It was the adamantine from Cybers body that was enfused back to Logan later on in that story arc.

Cyber should be dead if I rememerb right but I am not sure.

That's easy, Batman Factor means he wins. no ifs ands or buts batman wins due to his factor. For anything the enemy has (bullets) batman somehow has something for that (a handy dandy ???? to hide behind).
