Match really depends on who's powers Alice gains, because it will decide if the Secret Six have anything to throw at Sandman.

It is a bit of a roll of a dice, Alice only gains specific people's powers if she can see them. Otherwise she can end up with anything from the Spectre to Dr. Occult.

In theory she should, but her combat feats aren't that impressive. She could not even beat Scandal Savage. If she had her powers completely in check, she would demolish. Also, this battle depends on location and if it's in the Marvel Universe, there's no telling if she would know what to do since she has no knowledge of any magic user.
