Secret Avengers vs. New Avengers

Flash Thompson, Valkyrie, Hawkeye, Beast, Black Widow, Hank Pym vs. Spider-Man, Wolverine, Iron Fist, Daredevil, Ben Grimm. Random encounter, standard gear, takes place in a deserted NYC.

Spider-Man can't beat Flash alone he would need Wolverine or Iron Fist to help. If let's say for instance Wolverine helped that would leave Iron Fist or DD to fight Valkyrie. Iron Fist could probably take Val but DD cannot and even for Iron Fist it won't be easy. She's skilled and she outclasses him. So if we say for debates sake that Spider-Man,Wolverine,and Iron Fist are occupied with Flash & Val that leaves DD and Grimm to fight Hawkeye,Beast,Black Widow and Hank Pym. Which would be an obvious win for team 1. What team 2 could do though is have Wolverine fight Flash solo because he's skilled,has claws which can hurt Venom and he won't get KO'd easily, Spider-Man can take Valkyrie, Iron Fist can take Beast & Hawkeye. Leaving DD and Ben with Black Widow and Pym which will be the easiest match-ups for them. With a free DD and The Thing after an easy defeat on their opponents that leaves them to help where needed like against Venom or Brunnhilde.

What if he shrunk himself and Ben down like he did to Crusher Creel?

Eddie Venom is a lot tougher than Flash Venom, especially as it pertains to cutting damage.

Flash vs Spiderman- Spiderman is smart enough and powerful enough to hold off Flash until he gets some help. His experience with symbiotes means he won't go down easy. I say this is a near stalemate, or at least it will be a long, drawn out fight.

Valkyrie vs Wolverine- this is interesting. Valkyrie is stronger but not strong enough to KO Wolverine, but she is very skilled in the use of her weapons. Wolverine's superior healing and skills are the factors that keep him in this fight. Val may be able to incapacitate him though. Long fight here.

Hawkeye vs Iron Fist- Iron Fist very quickly and easily.

Black Widow vs Daredevil- Daredevil pretty quickly.

Ben Grimm vs Giant Man and Beast- long fight, giving this to Ben because neither Giant Man nor Beast is strong enough or has the weapons to beat Thing.

In the end, Valkyrie gets taken out by Iron Fist, Daredevil helps Spiderman hold off Flash for a little bit longer, and Thing eventually beats Giant Man and Beast.

In the end, New Avengers take this IMO, but long fight.

Different venom. Flash is not immune to slashing damage. He has a resistance but it still hurt him.
