Shaw already had his goons beat him silly. He than got Colossus to make him successfully become 100 tonner levels. His speed and stamina and durability has reached levels at his highest.
Hulk comes to his club looking for some ladies. Shaw is pissed cuz Hulk scares all them away when he takes off his magic purple pants. The fight begins.

Shaw can be overloaded if he takes in too much power and Hulk seems like the perfect person to accomplish that task

I'm leaning towards this.... I've seen Shaw overloaded with energy before, but not blunt trauma... Has there been any limit established for that?

Yes he could. His powers are similar to Hulks but have limits where Hulks do not.

Sebastian can absorb kinetic energy to increase his strength, speed, healing and stamina but he can absorb too much at one point and overload himself. And even though he can absorb kinetic energy objects can still crush his body. So say Hulk picks up a car and smashes it down on his head..Sebastian could absorb the kinetic energy of the hit but the car itself could still crush his body.

Even it has been "built up" he has not shown the limitless stamina of the Hulk and the ability to endure such a long fight against an individual like the Hulk who would eventually have the power to knock Sebastian out.

Hulk. Even if for some reason Shaw doesn't get overloaded or Hulk doesn't break Shaw in half, what can Shaw do to Hulk? His ability to amp his durability and healing factor with pain/rage... what can Shaw do to Hulk? Shaw is not that powerful.

Shaw absorbs kinetic energy but what if Hulk doesn't even hit him, what if he just grabs him, and throws him into outer Space, or just Rips him in half or drowns him? He can't really hurt the Hulk.

Shaw can absorb the energy he uses against him, ,ergo: the energy he uses to grab him.

Shaw still loses though, he would overload

I think "movie Shaw" has everyone in a frenzy. I will admit he did seem to be more powerful and quite unstoppable in the movie. But yes, In the comics Shaw would die probably quickly

Not quite, chap. Hulk could either toss him into space or overload him with kinetic energy. This a stomp in Hulk's favor.

Hulk is not smart enough to do that. He would try to punch him for sure.

Hulk could let Shaw beat on him until he was out of power. Then The Hulk could gingerly but firmly pick up Shaw and put him in a freezer hog-tied. Why put him in a freezer? Less energy to absorb, or The Hulk could throw Sebastian into space and then he'd be easily dead. The Hulk wins. Even mindless Hulk would eventually throw Shaw into space and kill him, or into the sun and overload him.
