fight takes place in the X-Mansion

round 1 - X-Men have full intel and have to capture Shaw they can KO him, shaw has been punching a wall for a day to build up energy

round 2 - No morals, Shaw has full intel on their abilities and has absorbed the kinetic energy of bunker buster bomb. X-Men dont know about Shaws abilities

who wins ?

Round 1: He gets telepathically frozen by Jean/Prof X. 
 
Round 2: Kitty rips his brain out; Iceman freezes him and then Colossus smashes the ice; Wolverine cuts him to pieces; we can do this all day.

No jean can't, but he loses both rounds. This is a stomp. Can he get his helmet or powered up lease

If metal couldn't hold him back do you really think ice could hold him back? Granted he's was powered up at the time. I just think sabastian can absorb the kinetic energy from the ice when it hits him

I'm not arguing that he loses to the team, Because he does loses, I'm just saying that iceman can't solo. Magneto could stop shaw period, no matter how much he brought down,
