Sebastian Shaw after being hit with IMP vs Superman

Flash bets Superman that he can out wrestle Sebastian Shaw after absorbing the kinetic force of his Infinite Mass Punch. Superman agrees and Sebastian can't wait to get his hands on Superman.

• Sebastian absorbs the kinetic force
• Superman is at his regular normal strength
• Morals apply for Superman so he will not fly in honor of the contest
• Sebastian is not restricted to moral value

Shaw would splatter before taking an IMP. A simple stab to the back by bone claws was able to put him into shock and throw him out a window.

Superman wins on account of Shaw starting the battle already dead.

Even if Shaw could handle absorbing that much energy at once (which I do not believe he can) still Superman with ease. Shaw will have enough energy for one good hit and then he is going to fade fast. Superman can still avoid this hit and do any number of things to take Shaw out without even touching him.

Shaw only has the energy of one IMP.

As we saw in the JLA the IMP was enough to throw a white martian into orbit. That's a lot of force, but Clark is durable enough to take it.

So Shaw's most powerful attack will not KO him, even if everything works perfectly, so Clark will win.

I agree 100% Clark will win... Super Speed, Super Hearing, Faster than a speeding bullet, x-ray vision, heat vision, super breath, ice breath....etc....etc...etc he will dominate this two with ease.

Seriously Team 2 is too much for Superman they stomp.

Actually, Flash himself said just one of those was enough to KO Superman.

I think the IMP would KO Clark if Wally hit him with a couple hundred, which he should be able to do.

But one? Never seen that kind of force out of it.

He Ko'd the White martian good with it. Just one, while in the same box, he said he could hit him with thousands before he could blink.

IMP might be beyond Shaw's ability to absorb

Even if shaw could take the IMP, Supes freezes him solid and walks away. Either that or discect him with his vision, which I doubt shaw can take as well. Supes can take a blow from an IMP. Shaw most likely can't handle supes in most any shape or form.
