Scott summers vs tony stark

Late night in NYC night club Emma goes to sit on Tony's lap because he got bottle service. And she wanna get druuuuunk. Starts 10 feet away. In character. Morals on. NO powers or armor! The prize is nothing. Emma already left with namor.... So who would win?

There is already a h2h fight between them. Morals or not, the result won't change. Scott's the better fighter so he takes it.

In character Tony buys off the rest of the night club to take Scott down for him.

Scott. I've seen people how Tony is now enhanced but I'm just not buying it from what I've seen.

Scott's no Batman, but he can take Tony easy, and probably the whole bar.

I just remember a page of secret invasion I think it was. The skrulls had a few avengers captured. And tony stark took out a few skrulls in the ship and I know wolverine trained Scott in a few things right? Figured it would be interesting.

Tony being trained under Captain America is irrelevant.

I think Scott would beat Tony pretty thoroughly, but I can see Tony getting some hits in. Scott has a high proficiency level in martial arts. While he doesn't have the feats against trained fighters (he really doesn't need to for this battle because I have seen none for Tony either), Cyclops has demonstrated more impressive technique (i.e. - defeating 6 thugs while blind folded on pure skill alone) to support why he would beat Tony in pure h2h. Other than being trained by Captain America, like most Avengers have (i.e. - Wasp, Hawkeye, Falcon, Scarlet Witch, etc.), what has Tony done in h2h to support him being able to fight Scott effectively, let alone beating him?
