Scorpion VS Wrecker

My next of battles has me pitting Mac Gargan AKA Scorpion(and not as Venom or Dark Spider-Man, but Scorpion, his true self)against Dirk Garthwaite AKA Wrecker! Both have had a lot of prep and morals are off, bloodlust is on and the fight is to the death! Not to mention it takes place in the middle of a construction site which is near a desert, to fit the themes of these two. Note well that there is no jobbing or poor writing getting in the way whatsoever. Both supervillains are written properly and at their peaks in every respect. So, who will win? He who stings and wants to kill Spider-Man or he who wrecks and wants to kill Thor?

Scorpion never jobs, he just has terrible CIS.

Scratch that, there were a few jobs in the classic era, but overall he's simply a terribly ineffective combatant in spite of his physical nature.
