If Scorpion is written the way he should be, he would win. Otherwise, Tombstone has fewer embarrassing losses (not that he is absent of them entirely) and is a better fighter. A case could probably be made for either side.

Scorpion. Despite my belief that Tombstone is a more effective combatant, his durability and strength shouldn't serve him well here. Spider-Man, albeit with great effort, has bypassed Tombstone's durability. Scorpion, who happens to be stronger, should be able to accomplish the same. Then, Scorpion's own level of durability should be able to hold up for a good amount of time against Tombstone's 6 ton strikes.

I'll take Gargan cause he has a sledgehammer. That's like the equivalent to a crowbar against Jason Todd, or a helicarrier to Sentry.

Regardless. Gargan seems to win, unless you give Tombstone something to compete... say a Chihuahua.
