I'm not too sure. Scorpion probably has some feats of him ripping people's spine out or punching directly through them.

Red Hood isn't a push over though and is more skilled in H2H. I'll side with Jason until I see more feats for Scorpion.

Scorpion's durability is too high. Not to mention Hanzo has superhuman strength.

Jason might have a slight edge in H2H skill but its not a huge one, at least big enough to be a decisive factor here.Anyway Scorpion takes this due to his superior physical strength and durability

Well scorpion defeated amped subzero who just froze a whole city into a glacier. Scorpion, seems vastly above Jason. But I could be wrong.

Pretty sure Hanzo only held his own against an amped/possessed Sub-Zero. It wore off and Hanzo defeated him after.
