Even with Neo's upgrade he isn't better than Dante.

Sure it's significant enough to make him useful but Dante can take anything he dishes out, and then some but then counter with so much more firepower.

Also those durability feats were inside the Matrix, he couldn't take that punishment outside of it. Not to mention that all of the martial arts are from MATRIX TRAINING subroutines, which means he has none of those abilities in the real world.

Neo is useless.
